Oil Free Rajma-Healthy Cooking

Oil free Rajma is a simple as well as a highly nutritious food also be very tasty. Rajma or Kidney bean is a high protein content which also consists of B1 vitamins, fiber, folate manganese,phosphorous,iron, potassium and molybdenum which acts a cholesterol lowering agent in our body

Ingredients

Rajma (Red kidney beans) 2 cups

Salt according to taste

Garam masala 1/4 tsp

Red chilli powder 1tsp

Turmeric powder(Haldi) 1/4 tsp

Cummin seeds(Zeera) 1/4 tsp

Dhaniya powder 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

One onion finely chopped

One tomato finely chopped


Method:Boil rajma with salt…..take a kadhai….add zeera and add onion…saut√© them….after that tomato and all spices…except garam masala….cook 3 min…..on sim gas…..add sprinkle water……finally switch off the gas…cool it….and blend this gravey…take a kadhai….add boiled rajma and gravy.cook 5 min with lid..add garam masala…..and off the gas.serve with Rice or Roti
