Oats are not only a livestock food now it’s widely taken by humans for its high nutrient values and health benefits. It enhances immunity, prevents heart disease, diabetes and also reduces cancer risks. Oats consist of high carbohydrates, proteins, fibers, and a small amount of calcium, iron, and magnesium for good health.
Oats 2 cups
Buttermilk 1 cup
Capsicum Onion Tomato 1 cup
Green chilies 1 or 2
Sooji ¼ cup
Salt and Red chili powder according to taste
Blend the Oats as a fine powder and mix all the above ingredients by adding water to it, to make a thick batter. Heat the pan and pour the batter to make Uttapam.
