Paneer Mumtaz- Shahjahan’s Favorite

Paneer Mumtaz in the name of Mumtaz Mahal is one of the favorites of Mughal emperor Shahjahan. Here we made the authentic recipe using low-calorie milk. So Paneer Mumtaz is healthy and tastes like a food in the royal court

Ingredients

Tomato puree

Onion paste

Kasthuri Methi 1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Home-made paneer made with low-fat milk

Milk one cup

Turmeric powder

Salt

Red chili powder

Garam masala Optional

Method

Heat the pan and put one teaspoon of ghee. Add onion paste and stir well until the color change, add the ginger garlic paste, sauté it well then add the tomato puree and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Later add the masalas and cook for 5 minutes. Finally, add milk and Kasthuri Methi, keep it in medium flame and add the paneer pieces to it. Low-calorie Paneer Mumtaz is ready.
